Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for a video system upgrade at OCCHS and SFM/HS (specifications attached). We received bids from two (2) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Edutech
OCCHS– $14,650.00
SFM/HS– $20,375.00

Central Technologies
OCCHS– $11,570.00
SFM/HS– $18,025.15

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the Edutech bid.
